Verse 7: "And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write: 'The words of the holy one, the true one, who has the key of David, who opens and no one shall shut, who shuts and no one opens."

Philadelphia is the city of brotherly love. It is the only city that Jesus finds no defects. This refers to the Baha'is Under the Provisions of the Covenant, that Jesus on his second coming set up. He has the key of David. None of the apostate Baha'is know that Baha'u'llah is a descendant of King David.
